Graduated from the University of Bologna in 2004. She specialized in Sports Law and Economics at the LUMSA in Rome, since 2020 she is Professor in Private Sports Law at the Nicolò Cusano telematic university. She is professor at the Sport Business Academy on courses for the qualification of Sports Agent and for the Specialization School of CONI. Flavia is also author of numerous essays on sports law and Coordinator of the Italian Association of Sports Lawyers. She provides consultancy and assistance for sports clubs, athletes, sports agents and national sports federations. In 2021 she was mentioned by Milano & Finanza in the Elite Legal Award in Sport Law.
