Emanuele Curti is a partner based at our Rome office.
He has maturated a specific competence in the area of debt recovery and of foreclosure sale. He assists national and international companies interested in Real Estate Operations and realising real estate projects on the Italian market.
He also focuses on advice and litigation tax law: his areas of specialism include trusts and foundations, generational succession planning and family governance.
He also assists sponsors and originators with regard to the structuring and finalisation of a broad range of securitisation transactions (including NPL securitisation transactions).
Moreover, Emanuele has significant experience acting for leading sports marketing agencies in the licensing of intellectual property rights relating to sports and eSports events. He advises in the acquisition and distribution of TV, media, advertising and sponsorship rights between domestic and international sports federations and top-division football clubs and major broadcasters across the world for professional sports leagues.
Besides having also practiced with some primary italian and US law firms.
He graduated in Law and earned a master law degree at LUMSA University in Rome.
He is a lecturer at the Master of Tax Law “Luigi Einaudi” at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”.
Emanuele was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2011 and he is a member of the Committee of foreclosure sale and tax law for the Italian Bar of Rome.
He attended seminars as speaker in legal matters and contributed several articles on his specialist fields to business newspapers and magazines.
He is fluent in Italian and English.
