In 2010, Francesca graduated with honours, earning a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Milan. Since January 2014, she has been a member of the Milan Bar Association.
Francesca has acquired extensive expertise in civil law, particularly in banking, corporate, and bankruptcy law. Her focus has been on the management and oversight of challenging credit situations. Over the years, she played a central role in coordinating professionals within the NPLs team at a reputable law firm in Milan. Additionally, she served as an assistant at the University of Milan Bicocca, specializing in "Institutions of Private Law" for the "Marketing, corporate communication, and global markets" degree course at the School of Economics.
Her responsibilities mainly involve providing legal support to banks and financial intermediation companies. This includes the extrajudicial phase of purchasing and/or selling credits in bulk through due diligence activities, as well as handling judicial litigation. Francesca also brings significant experience in insolvency procedures and managing UTPs.
She is proficiency in French and a good command of English.
