Filippo Turrio Baldassarri graduated from the University of Rome "La Sapienza" in 1993. He has been enrolled in the Register of lawyers in Rome since 1997 and is qualified to advocate before the higher magistrates. After graduating, between 1994 and 1996 he was an officer of the Guardia di Finanza, in this case he worked as an officer in the Legal and Litigation Office of the General Command of the Guardia di Finanza where he gained a consolidated experience in law administrative, tax, commercial and corporate and participated in the drafting of a practical manual on VAT.
During this period, he also started a post-university collaboration with the tax law chair of the University of Rome of Prof. Augusto Fantozzi.
Since 1997 he offers judicial and extrajudicial assistance upon civil, administrative, tax and corporate law issues, on behalf of companies, public and private, operating, among other, in the markets of financial services, asset management, energy and telecommunications.
Over the years, he has acquired specific expertise in the sector of acquisitions, divestitures, management and enhancement of real estate assets made through direct and indirect purchase. So, to date, one of his strengths is consultancy on acquisitions, management and divestments of real estate assets.
He is author of publications on tax law topics.
