In 2009, Francesca graduated with full marks in law at the University of Milan and qualified to practice law and as member of the Milan Bar Association in January 2014.
During the academic year 2006-2007, Francesca attended the Erasmus programme at the Université de Paris XII, Val de Marne and, in 2011, she graduated at the School of Specialisation for the Legal Professions of the University of Milan.
She advised the implementation of asset protection and generational transfer instruments provided for by Italian and foreign laws in relation to the residence and location of the clients' interests.
In 2015 and 2016, she attended the two-year "Alta formazione dell'Avvocato Tributarista" course held by the Unione Nazionale delle Camere degli Avvocati Tributaristi, successfully passing the final exam leading to the award of the title of lawyer specialised in tax law.
From 2016 to 2021, she worked with another reputable law firm, honing her knowledge in Family Business Advisory and personal rights, personal relationships and related areas of estate planning.
Francesca is member of A.I.A.F. Associazione Italiana degli Avvocati per la Famiglia e per i Minori.
She has an excellent knowledge of the French language - thanks also to the achievement of the Baccalauréat - and has a good knowledge of English.
