Within one year from its launch, Arkios Legal, the law firm founded by Enrico Tarchi, expands its group with new highly experienced professionals joining the Firm.
Arkios Legal, through its innovative and flexible partnership scheme, continues to attract lawyers with international backgrounds in large law firms and companies, meeting the market needs of those looking for experienced “senior” advisors, and providing multi-functional services in Italy and abroad.
Francesco Del Bene, Professor of Banking and Private Law at the University of Cassino and the University of Insubria in Varese, a lawyer specialized in financial intermediation, banking and finance law, ex Pirola Pennuto and founder of the association of AVOCOM. Salvatore Vitale, previously legal counsel in Bombardier Transportation, Texas Instruments, Alitalia and Telecom, as well as professor in International Economic Law at LUISS and the University of Siena – together with the tax adviser Giuseppe Lancia and the managing director Alfredo Iadanza Lanzaro.
The litigation area is led by Carlo Fimiani, the labor by Marco Tosi of the well-known Milan labor law firm, while Dr. Giuseppe Fredella is leading the tax group. The Firm also opened in Istanbul and Doha with Nevfel Yilmaz Gol, maintaining the existing offices in Dubai and London. Negotiations are in place with other professionals in Cairo, Paris, New York and Frankfurt, where recently the studio assisted the sale of a five-star hotel. The focus continues on real estate matters, especially in hospitality and nursing homes but the Firm is also actives in NPLs and UTP transactions with underlying property assets required by international investors.
In Aviation and Transport, the Firm assists some of the major international manufacturers of aircraft and trains, in particular with regard to financing and related legal issues as repossession, maintenance and public international tenders for the supply of trains and construction of infrastructures. The fashion area continues the experience of the Firm which advised with respect to the entrance of numerous Italian brands into the huge Mall in Tehran, assisting companies interested in opening points of sale in other malls and department stores in Saudi Arabia and Russia.
Agreements with investment platforms and with Arkios Corporate Finance , led by John Lanyon & Stefano Ledda, sustain the growth of M&A / Transaction Services / private equity, area directly followed by the team of the managing partner Enrico Tarchi.
